Challenge

Being a dominant global player in credit cards, Citibank needed to understand the challenges and opportunities related to mobile technologies to stay ahead of competition by maximising their customer acquisition schemes. 

Solution

iPLATO delivered a strategic research project including mobile opportunity assessment, landscape definition and competitive analysis and recommended next steps specifically emphasising Citibank's credit card business in North America.

Results

Citibank opted for mobile customer acquisition over the PDA channel.
